MN State Fair

Davey enjoyed his 1st trip to the "Great MN Get together". Although he didn't get to enjoy anything on a stick, he still had fun with his little friend Jada! He enjoyed seeing the dog show and the super cute puppies (that was mom's favorite part) but the highlight of the day was Machinery Hill. He and Jada "took turns" steering and pushed every button they could get their hands on!!! The animal barns were a little too stinky for Davey and Jada's Pregnant moms so we did a u-turn and headed for the Ice cream booth instead. Yummy! The kids had a blast and although we are glad we went, saying our preggo feet need a little TLC is a bit of an understatement!!!

A special day with Maddie and Mom

The boys are gone today so it was a special day with my 2 favorite girls... Maddie and Mommy!!!  Maddie and I started out the morning dancing to our favorite tunes (which we do almost everyday!) and then we headed off to the Children's Museum.  There's lots to do and we had a great time.  I tried to tell  mom that I already took my nap in the car on the way home but she's telling me I'm wrong!

I'm not quite my normal cheery self today. I've  had a fever and have been a little cranky. I took  2 really good naps today and my fever seems to be gone!  Since  I didn't want to eat much Mom let me have a popsicle :) I liked that. Hopefully I'll be good as new tomorrow.

MN ZOO!!!

Today I got to go to the MN Zoo with my mom. I liked it! This has been an exciting week for me. I got to go the Como Zoo with Mom and Dad on Wednesday. What a wild life I lead!!!

A morning in the life...of ME!

7am- Rise and shine!!!
Snuggle with Mom and smack Daddy til he wakes up!

7:25- Dance to my fridge farm.
7:27am- Go out to the living room where I find Daddy left a
whole box of Cheez-its on the coffee table and promptly
dump them on the floor! Throw a fit while I watch mom
vacuum up my feast. (I was going to eat those mom!)

7:34am- Mom finally gets a chance to brush her teeth and
I insist I brush mine too! I got a new tooth yesterday (finally)
and I want to keep it clean.

8am- Breakfast
waffles with jelly and bites of Mom's oatmeal.
Eat my fill and throw the rest on the floor!
Watch mom try to get up off the floor
(with her growing belly) from cleaning up my mess while
I try to climb out of my chair. Darn strap is too tight!!!

8:17am- Time to play
roam the house pulling everything in my reach from
the shelves. In my opinion the place looks so boring
with nothing on the floor! And what are those dish
towels doing hanging on the oven door? They belong on
the kitchen floor! That's where I always put them :)

8:21am- Dance to my fridge farm.
8:22am- Dance to my fridge farm.
8:23 am-Dance to my fridge farm. (Mom says thanks to Jada and Ethan!!!)
8:24am- pull all the Kleenex out of the box while mom finishes
cleaning up the kitchen. Not sure why but she doesn't see the humor!?!
8:29am- Dance to my fridge farm one more time!

8:35am- diaper change #2 out of the way...mom confines me to my stroller
and takes me for a walk. I hear lots of birdies and see a puppy too. I know
what a puppy says (pants like a dog)- see?!? I like puppies.

8:50am- Home from our walk. Mom gives me my nuk and blankey.
Oh I love you blankey!!! Uh oh... I hear lullabies...we're reading books in the
rocking chair... now she's reaching for the bottle... "NO NAP!!!"
Oh but that warm milk tastes so good..."I WANT TO STAY UP"...but my blankey is so soft...
"YOU CAN'T MAKE ME"....ahh, my tasty nuk...(eyes are droopy)... "YOU THINK I'LL FALL FOR THIS?"... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

11:13am- So apparently I fell asleep for a few minutes only to wake up and find
that all my toys are put neatly back where they supposedly "belong". I'll show mom
and dad whose in charge of toys around here! Now if you'll excuse me, I've got a job to do.
